房东是个非常nice的加拿大老太太，住在一楼，二楼的两间房子出租。二楼有两间卧室，一个洗手间，一个储物间，储物间有一个冰箱，为两位租客共用。卧室非常宽敞，晴天阳光明媚，每个房间都有一个书桌、台灯、一个衣柜和多个小家具，可拎包入住。厨房和浴室在一楼，要与房东共用。事实上老太太基本上不怎么自己做饭，她的很多厨具都提供给租客使用。
如果你新来Canada，想找一个安静的社区居住，这里绝对是你的最佳选择。房东老太太非常热心，可以在生活各方面提供真实可靠的信息，在家随时随地练口语。

Nice landlady who is an old Canadian woman liveson the main floor, two rooms for rent on the second floor. The second floorcontains two bedrooms, one storage room (one fridge in it) and one washroom,which are all for the tenants. Each bedroom has a desk with lamps, several bigcabinets, one bed and many other kinds of furniture which make it unnecessaryfor the tenants to buy any additional things. The kitchen is on the firstfloor, which should be shared with the landlord who hardly uses it. Actually, mostof the landlady’s cookers and tableware are also available to the tenants andin good condition. The tenants can take showers or baths in the bathroom on thefirst floor.
It is a good choice if you are seeking aquiet place to live in with a seasoned local friend (the landlady) who can helpyou in many ways in case you are new here.
