RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve all outlined sales goals and business objectives
" c# ?4 f, E9 H/ I  M• Complete all required training within specified timelines
• Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, revenue and client experience
( b% ^3 Q* x6 f# I! ?4 J6 [• Follow policies around operations, loss prevention and health and safety
3 v8 I+ P' [8 e; ]* M5 h/ @+ O• Offer outstanding customer service
' v" t3 o) G+ o" X• Follow operational guidelines to ensure store is meeting all compliance standards
; l% H. h, J4 E) b( K• Complete all assigned tasks delegated by Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for the telecommunications industry; keen interest in mobile devices and upcoming technology
• Professional, fun, and have great communication skills
• Organized and quick thinking
• Ability to problem solve

6 W! Y% {4 A6 |! W& Y3 m  `• Motivated to provide exceptional customer service
+ A; B5 z( ?& ]- [• Previous retail experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Be motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced Team environment

! V7 ~9 S2 U( C+ M1 _• Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs)
• Follow the Dress Guidelines for every shift and ensure the brand is appropriately represented at all times
# {3 _; T3 r" e7 J" h& K• Pass a criminal background check and credit check as a requirement of employment
4 M! G, h# s5 C3 J' I1 ^• Be available to attend classroom training on an ongoing basis as required
