Build products using ASP/C#.Net, MS SQL, and integrate them with Document Management system built using Hummingbird DM. The developer will need to work with our clients and mentor/coach junior developers including coop students.

9 R8 [& ^! g8 A( }4 l. LTasks to be performed include:
+ O0 w2 Y" V1 y-- Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of functional and system design specifications.
-- Design methods and services
-- Prototype and build user interfaces
7 f" k& _9 D" T4 a, |7 q9 ~-- Create and modify code and software.
0 V% T( T5 r2 O$ }* B-- Create and modify screens and reports.
! \  r3 P* }& q# q: n3 o2 t8 D-- Unit test software
; @7 j- J3 u; ^/ C9 @# `-- Develop database objects
1 C( L9 k: C4 B8 M-- Plan and develop data migration scripts
  d% q7 X, ?1 [: I+ x-- Develop including Architecture documentation
+ s4 D, |& ^4 w+ L/ ^. {-- Assist in data cleanup efforts of legacy data
-- Develop systems integration and backwards compatibility of affected systems
-- Decommission and archive old system
& s  W/ B0 X( N2 @" d-- Produce technical documentation, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for application.

Mandatory Qualities:
-- At least 2 years of experience on ASP.NET.
-- At least 2 years of experience on C#.
! q+ d& Z- R0 d$ t7 Z- o: N) m) `-- At least 2 years of experience on MS SQL Server.
-- Good analytical skill on business rules and coding logic.
-- Good communication skill.
5 {. p4 N, P  k: Q-- Good technical documentation skill.

9 v% c4 Q/ d" ?% F# h6 O& m* tThe following qualities are also good to have:
-- Experience in Hummingbird Document Management
-- Experience in FoxPro
-- Experience in deploying and decommissioning software systems
