·Provide day to day operations and maintenance support for software systems.
1 L$ L! e2 o s3 p+ t0 f- M4 PSupport includes monitoring systems, creating and generating reports, assisting users with technical support issues and identifying and fixing software bugs.
/ ?" y" R4 C7 \$ m Z·Prepare detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation./ _% c7 W) g k ]7 K* L
·Gather information from existing systems, analyze program and time requirements.
+ y8 S4 w% l5 a1 b# C5 @- a·Code, test, debug, implement, and document assigned software programs. Develop and execute test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
2 ~+ ?, d: i% g# Q, j·Support project personnel in resolving complex program problems. Work with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within area of responsibility.

Basic Qualifications& m* z! |2 i! e( o& b
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; i( @$ x' O+ w. v4 V
·Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, management information systems, systems engineering or related field preferred( i8 P5 s( @! s$ E+ z
·Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin is a must.( {$ J: \, l# w6 a
·Able to work in China or USA (Canadian Citizen).
9 O5 p# U8 N; L0 T: q: B% G/ Z·Zero or more years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, or operating systems programming.1 _$ ]: ~- `7 r9 ~
·Experience working with computer hardware, operating system software and desktop applications with a specific concentration in one or more areas
9 |! F) z6 j5 w6 c·Experience working with one or more structured programming languages
7 Q+ M: L" j3 O' T2 t·Experience working with hardware or software design methods and processes
