The Office Assistant willprovide administrative support to the General Manager. Administrative dutiesmay include, but are not limited to, assisting with company websitemaintenance, Finding International educational resources, writing business planbased on General Manager’s requirement, handling basic HR duties, scheduling,and general clerical duties. Essential Job Functions:
" C, v+ z- y" P$ m● Provide general office / administrative / accounting support includingcalculate for the cost of international cooperative educational programs, dataentry, monthly and yearly reporting.

● Provide general office and clerical support: preparation of copying, filing,correspondence, telephone inquiries.

● High level of proficiency with computers, Microsoft applications. Experiencewith manager administrative jobs. Extensive experience preparing spreadsheetsand reports.
