We are actively seeking an logisticsassistant.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

/ V2 E7 x- _' b4 b. X/ g0 N/ h1 ?8 j3 A

• Receiveshipments and ensure both quality and quantity
• Makeshipping plan
• Trace,track and expedite purchase processes
• Createand maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery ofgoods
• Interactwith third party logistics service providers
• Auditfreight cost and documentation
• Ensureaccuracy of all inventories
• Maintaincommunication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
• Reviewbills, create invoices and purchase orders
• Ensureall payments are processed in time
• Createpacking lists and update shipment information in database
• Organizefiles both manually and electronically
• Monitorand facilitate repair orders
• Coordinate deliveries for repairedor returned items

Minimumrequirements:

• Excellentwritten and oral in both English and Chinese bilingualcommunication skills
• Minimum 1 year experience as an logistics or accounting clerk in Canada
• Must be a very well organized individual
• Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize and     organize
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Word,     Excel and Outlook
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to work independently and problem solve     independently
• Experience with Quickbooks     is a BONUS!
