Compensation:  Hourly pay

- z$ W% P/ T+ W* PJob responsibilities and functions as a CoCo Baristas include but not limited to the following:

-Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.

-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
-Provides quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by

& Z( _) O: p2 Q+ p4 U-Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

-No previous experience required.
: x$ @3 M0 g: d* c& H1 l-Ability to speak fluent Chinese & English.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:
-Ability to learn quickly
& ]" W: o! b" H) b- q-Ability to work in a team environment
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to build relationships

7 J  E* o& E$ p3 b; v  T, M  wPhysical Requirements:
$ G& h) G3 Q1 K7 ^) O% p-Constant standing/walking
-Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed
* |  L# z* ~4 n6 d7 x4 ?. t4 \-Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage
-Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
-Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area
2 X" b) h( T7 N/ _; o-Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
-Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
-Occasional bending, lifting, pushing and restocking inventory and supplies.
