* u+ s* J2 ^; G2 k• Achieve all outlined sales goals and business objectives
• Complete all required training within specified timelines
2 w9 i& i$ P" L• Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, revenue and client experience
• Follow policies around operations, loss prevention and health and safety
) }: B+ J: D' `$ Z( c• Offer outstanding customer service
• Follow operational guidelines to ensure store is meeting all compliance standards
• Complete all assigned tasks delegated by Management

9 g, U3 d' Y) u3 `- ?• Passion for the telecommunications industry; keen interest in mobile devices and upcoming technology
• Professional, fun, and have great communication skills
• Organized and quick thinking

# H6 F' ^+ `6 B4 D# l1 S• Positive and enthusiastic
• Motivated to provide exceptional customer service
4 O# z( z8 e2 J• Previous retail experience preferred, but not mandatory
. g: _9 R7 p, }; e1 g; ~• Be motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced Team environment
• Willing to learn and interested in continuous training and development
4 u/ c2 B+ x: U! J• Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs)
. C' v: ], A7 [; W/ e7 c) o• Follow the Dress Guidelines for every shift and ensure the brand is appropriately represented at all times
• Pass a criminal background check and credit check as a requirement of employment
• Be available to attend classroom training on an ongoing basis as required
