Hotel Operations Management: Assisting the General Manager in formulating and implementing the hotel's operational strategies and goals. Overseeing and guiding the daily operations of various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.& G4 g5 h) e2 D" B, M, P; T$ @

( k7 z9 C% C+ _, a3 z8 ZDepartment Coordination and Management: Coordinating cooperation among different departments, ensuring collaboration and improving work efficiency. Supervising and directing department heads to execute work according to established standards and service quality.& {- ]; ~0 D" Z+ }0 f

9 o3 q6 w: b" U/ h' ]) k+ `Customer Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with important hotel clients. Handling customer complaints and issues, taking appropriate measures to resolve them. Ensuring customer satisfaction and striving for repeat business.: V: V' i8 p- s  }% p& x# r

Hotel Budget and Financial Management: Participating in the formulation of the hotel's budget plans. Monitoring and controlling the hotel's expense expenditures. Ensuring the achievement of financial goals and providing relevant financial reports.+ Q5 S; r6 I- y

Employee Training and Development: Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development plans of employees. Ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge, and improving their performance and career development.

Crisis Management: Responsible for developing and implementing emergency plans. Dealing with emergencies or urgent situations to ensure the safety of hotel employees and guests.
