EnjoyHome kitchen & bath inc. is a successful company inHamilton and Burlington, going to expand our company. We are looking for afull-time designer who is to build a long term relationship and career with ourestablished company. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individualwith a strong sense of responsibility who is skilled in kitchen and bath designand has 2 or more years of experience. The qualified candidate shall lead andbe responsible for handling multiple projects while effectively communicatingwith clients to ensure a successful completion of every project. Job Requirements:

20/20 proficient, any kitchen design software.

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Word, Excel

Construction knowledge/experience

Excellent written and verbal skills

Ability to produce accurate field measurements

Ability to communicate with, delegate to, and supervisedesign assistant

Must be able to handle multiple projects proficiently

Must be able to prioritize, work quickly, accurately andproduce design projects in time

Highly motivated individual that is passionate about design,problem solver

Full-time position with base salary and monthly commission,

Duties/Responsibilities:

Work with customers and contractors in developing floorplans and design program.

Assist in preparation of design solutions that will includefloor plans, cabinet plans and elevations, perspectives and associated detailsand specifications

Provide estimates for all materials necessary to completeproject

Complete field measurements for each project

Review and supervision of design assistant

Prepare and review orders and corresponding vendorconfirmation for accuracy

Approval of final billings to client

Work with contractors to ensure successful completion ofinstallation

Contribute to company goal of providing complete customersatisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

if no experience, will provide trainning.
