Job responsibilities and functions as a CoCo Baristas include but not limited to the following:
-Working in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience.
-Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the CoCo brand.
-Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
9 R# X9 b' ]' z  O6 h7 |( O-Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
7 r  a0 Z/ q0 c: l& W! x& p-Provides quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by
: p2 m8 `7 d$ F$ {, [7 u5 nCoco's standards.
-Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

( J. _5 F' w/ G8 _( P-Ability to speak fluent Chinese & English.

-Constant standing/walking
-Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed
-Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage
-Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
7 @3 Q/ |& |) P) m* J0 |1 s4 f-Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area
-Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication

7 [; u; @! @6 ~! m-Occasional bending, lifting, pushing and restocking inventory and supplies.
