4月22日更新：降价了， 350元/间。是短租，到5月30日。
有简单家具。
非常好的精装修2居室。是麦大附近最好的物业楼。

5月2日更新：家具都卖了。无家具。
$100/周，每间房。如果没有其他人住，实际一个人住2居室。

到5月28日。
包冷热水、电、电话、上网。做饭是电的，没有气。
